What if there is problem with the goods received?

If the product delivered is different to what is mentioned on the website or if the product is faulty, please let us know at admin@247Needs.com.au or call us within 3 days of delivery and the product will be replaced in the following delivery or earlier.

Do I incur extra transaction cost for using credit card?

No!!! We pay the processing cost of transaction on 247Needs.com.au. However, there might be cases where your bank can charge you for using your credit card ex- overseas credit card. This is not because you are using your card with us, but because your card facility with bank is setup that way. You might want to talk to your bank regarding that.

Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive my goods?

We promise the delivery of your goods at your door within 3-4 days of receiving the order, which is fastest on any ecommerce websites. We can do it, because we deliver ourselves.

We may use alternative methods but will ensure the same delivery time frame.

How do you deliver the goods?

We use our own delivery vehicles, because we want to deliver in person to our happy customers.

However, at times it might be possible to use Australian post for delivery.

What if I'm not available to take the delivery personally?

We like to deliver goods in person; however it is not possible for us to cater the timings that suit everybody, as you can understand. So Please mention the preferable time of the day in the notes when you checkout.

If we still cannot find you, then our personnel will leave the goods at your door and inform you about it.

Returns & Cancellation

Can I cancel my order after being processed?

Sorry, once the order is placed, we do not cater for cancellations because of processing cost. So we suggest you to be sure about your order, products, and brands, before placing order.

Can I return my goods, if I change my mind?

Sorry, we don't facilitate return of goods until there is error from our side. So please be sure twice before confirming the order.

What if goods received are different to my order?

We ensure to process the order exactly the way we received. However if we run out of stock, then we might give you another recognised brand for small items. For big items we will confirm you first.

If you don't want an alternative brand, we will refund you the cost of the product straight away.

Is replacement available?

It's not our policy to return goods once delivered for health, safety and legal reasons.

However, non consumable goods can be replaced if it's in the same condition as delivered, but you might incur extra delivery cost.

We always suggest talking to you first, so that we can work out what we can do to keep you happy.
